Refund policy

Returns 

We offer a 99-day money-back guarantee. Within 99 days of purchase, you can return your socks for a refund or exchange for any reason. Both your return request and the returned items must be received by us within the 99-day period. Returns not received within this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, contact us at support@kintoe.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items (discounted or clearance products)
  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before making a return request.

Exchanges

We want you to love your Kintoe socks. If you need a different size or colour we offer free exchanges to make it right.

To start an exchange, please contact us at support@kintoe.com. Please note: We allow one exchange per order.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label, and your exchange will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. 

You can exchange your socks for a different size or colour, but exchanges for different products are not accepted. 

If you change your mind and request a refund after an exchange label has been issued, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@kintoe.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you must first contact us at support@kintoe.com to obtain a return authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be processed. Once approved, mail your return to: Kintoe -TP Industries LLC - 30 N Gould St #22972, Sheridan, WY, 82801, USA. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping items valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled as packaging and processing begin immediately.
